admission & subscriptions
Admission
Tickets cost $10 each for the general public and $6 each for subscribers.
Annual Subscriptions cost $20.
Tickets may be purchased on the evening of the screening from our ticket sellers, who set up tables near the food concession counter at Galaxy Cinemas in Station Mall. The ticket sellers are usually there approximately one hour before screening time.
Season’s Pass
A season’s pass is available at a cost of $80. This fee includes a 1-year Subscription and entry to all regular screenings for the season (Fall and Winter). A season’s pass is your best value – 14 movies for the cost of 8! Get yours ASAP. We guarantee a seat for the pass holder (though not the location in the theatre). Just show your pass to the ticket sellers and get your ticket for the evening’s movie.
Draws
We also have a draw at our regular screenings for tickets to any AIFA film screened during the season. We usually have two draws of two free tickets. When you attend our movies be sure to keep your ticket stub until after the draw. The draw is held at 7:00, before the screening of the evening’s movie, so don’t be late or your ticket won’t make it into the draw.

Films are shown at Galaxy Cinemas and start at 7:00 pm.

The subscription fee is $20.00 and is good for one year from the date of purchase. Subscription entitles you to:
- tickets to our screenings at a reduced rate of $6.00 versus our regular rate of $10.00
- e-mailed information about movies being screened by Algoma Films.
We never share our phone lists or our mailing lists (either snail-mail or email) with other organizations.
We sell subscriptions at every screening of our films, at the same tables as the ticket sales.
